Job description
- Writing scalable code using Python/Django
- Coordinating with front-end developers and other team members
- Coordinating with development teams to determine application requirements
- Assessing and prioritizing client feature requests
- Maintaining and building on top of existing applications
- Performing code reviews
What will put you ahead:
- Familiarity with ORM (Object Relational Mapping)
- Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Experience in scaling applications
- Experience in system integrations
- Knowledge in fintech or DeFi applications
Job requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Python/Django Developer or equivalent experience in the same field
- Educational attainment: Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant fields
- Possess a good moral character, good problem-solving skills, hardworking, team player, and can work with minimal to no supervision.
- Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (e.g. Django, Flask or Pyramid)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5)
- Understanding of the differences between multiple platforms, such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
